Short-Term Rental Survey Results

Last fall, NENA posted a survey asking for feedback to a number of questions about short-term rentals such as AirBnB and VRBO. This survey was intended to inform future conversations as the City of Boise grapples with a critical housing shortage and the possibility of regulation on the short-term rental industry. We promised to share results publicly, and are happy to be able to share the feedback we received. Click the PDF link, below, to view a summary of survey results.

Thank you to all who took the time to take the survey!
