Hyde Park Street Fair FOOD Vendor Information 2025
This application is for Food and Beverage Vendors for HPSF 2025.

Where: Camel's Back Park
1200 W Heron St, Boise Idaho 83702
​When: September 12-14th 2025
​
Fair Hours:
Friday 4pm-9:30pm
Saturday 10am-9:30pm
Sunday 10am-6:00pm (excludes food court)
*Food Court may operate until 9:45 pm on Fri. and Sat.

Application Deadline: May 2nd 2025

Acceptance Notification no later than July 1st 2025. Acceptance letters will come from HPSFvendors@gmail.com

$45 Application Fee (non-refundable once accepted to the fair)
​
Booth Fee: $450 fee + 15% commission on gross sales.
​​
A photo of your booth/trailer must be attached to this application.
A copy of your Fair Menu must be attached to application.

The Vendor Checklist will answer most questions regarding vending at the Hyde Park Street Fair. Review list below and with submission of application requires acknowledgment of all fair requirements.
Please refer to checklist below when preparing to vend at the fair.
ALL VENDORS (including Non-Profits) ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE IDAHO TAX COMMISSION FORM PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- GO TO- Tax.Idaho.gov/GoToTap

Enter Seller Info. Choose Purpose.
Review & Submit.
Failure to follow instructions may result in an incomplete application and will not be considered for 2025.

Vendors will be invoiced for Booth and Application Fees via North End Neighborhood Association (NENA) online payment processing program.

​​Application Fee Refunds for declined vendors will process after July 1st 2025.
